ESQ - Jan 'n Dean New Jan & Dean Article Now Available:

Dumb Angel contributor Mark A. Moore has written a new scholarly essay titled "Rainy Days in a Carnival of Sound: The Lost Renaissance of Jan & Dean."

The piece traces the origin of Jan Berry's 1967 "Jan & Dean Label" recordings and the unreleased 1968 Warner Bros. album Carnival of Sound, placing these projects in context with Save For A Rainy Day and other Dean Torrence productions (1966-1968).
